Stem Cell Injection Therapy

Transform your Pain into Lasting Relief:

Discover the breakthroughs of Stem Cell Therapy

How Stem Cells Regenerate the Body to Restore Health

Stem cell injections offer a revolutionary approach to pain relief and healing by harnessing the regenerative power of mesenchymal stem cells. These remarkable cells have the unique ability to differentiate into various tissue types, including: Cartilage, Bone and other crucial components of the musculoskeletal system. By targeting the source of degeneration and promoting tissue regeneration, stem cell injections provide a non-surgical, long-term solution that goes beyond mere symptom management.

Say goodbye to endless cycles of pain and discomfort, and embrace a future where your body can truly heal itself from within.

Our clinic is specialized in regenerative therapies for Osteoarthritis, chronic joint pain, and loss of joint space. We invest in the latest technologies and leverage cutting edge therapies in order to deliver exceptional, tailored patient care vs. checking boxes on the road to surgery. Below you can see an example of a healthy knee joint vs. narrowing joint space. More commonly than not, people are misguided and told they are “bone on bone” when there is a severe reduction in joint space, but this is usually proven incorrect when we go in with our live video x-ray to explore the state of the joint.

Scientific research has consistently demostrated the effectiveness of mesenchymal stem cell injections in promoting tissue regeneration and improving joint function. Unlike traditional treatments that merely mask symptoms or require invasive surgery, stem cell therapy offers a holistic approach to restoring your body’s natural vitality. By stimulating the growth of new cartilage, bone and connective tissues, stem cell injections not only alleviate pain, but also contribute to long-term joint health and function.

Experience the transformative benefits of stem cell therapy and take the first step towards reclaiming your life from chronic pain.

Case Study

Before Stem Cell Treatment

You can see a “Swiss cheese” pattern either from natural wear and tear or from small drilled holes during a microfracture procedure, often performed by an ortho and not something we recommend. This is the body’s way of trying to heal by stimulating new tissue growth, but the new tissue is usually much  weaker than the original cartilage.

What this means for the patient: When cartilage breaks down like this, movement becomes painful, the knee may feel stiff or swollen, and over time it can lead toward arthritis. When many come to us, they are already in the arthritic stage, but don’t worry, this is our bread and butter.

After Stem Cell Treatment

What you’re seeing: The surface is now smooth, shiny, and uniform again — more like a brand-new road.

  • The rough patches and holes are filled and replaced by new tissue, which has been stimulated and supported by stem cells.
  • Stem cells are the body’s master repair cells. When injected into a damaged joint, they:
    • Reduce inflammation and can calm swelling and pain
    • Take on whatever form of cell necessary to help heal and regenerate the body, in this case, to regrow cartilage and other supporting tissues when injected into the knee joint
    • Improve lubrication inside the joint, so it moves more smoothly -in some cases we will layer viscosupplementation injections to maximize outcomes in this area
    • Potentially slow or reverse some of the arthritis and associated degeneration

What to Expect During Treatment

A fluoroscopic guided stem cell injection is a precise and minimally invasive procedure that begins with the application of a topical numbing agent to the targeted area. This helps to minimize any discomfort during the injection process. Additionally, cryospray may be used to further numb the skin surface, ensuring a comfortable experience for the patient. accuracy.

Once the numbing methods have taken effect, the doctor will use fluoroscopic guidance to accurately locate the precise location for the stem cell injection. Fluoroscopy is a real-time imaging technique that allows the doctor to visualize the internal structures of the joint, ensuring that the stem cells are delivered with pinpoint accuracy.

During the injection itself, patients may feel a slight pressure or discomfort as the needle is inserted into the joint. However, any discomfort is typically minimal thanks to the numbing methods such as Lidocaine used prior to the procedure. After the injection is complete, patients can usually resume their normal activities immediately, although some may experience minor soreness, stiffness, or swelling at the injection site.

In the weeks and months following the stem cell injection, patients can expect to gradually experience improvements in their joint function and decreased pain levels. As the mesenchymal stem cells work to regenerate damaged tissues within the joint, patients may notice a reduction in pain, increased range of motion, and improved overall joint function. It’s important to follow any post-procedure instructions provided by your doctor, including any recommendation for physical therapy or activity modification, to optimize the healing process.

Overall, fluoroscopic guided stem cell injections offer a safe, effective and minimally invasive option for patients seeking relief from chronic joint pain. With proper care and rehabilitation, patients can look forward to enjoying a better quality of life with improved joint health and function.

Why Knee Health Matters

  • Cartilage doesn’t heal well on its own because it has very little blood supply. That’s why when damage starts, it often just gets worse.
  • Many have seen their orthopedic doctor only to be told surgery is the only option because there is no “cure” for osteoarthritis. Although they are correct in the fact that there is no cure; we educate patients in our clinics about the fact that there are indeed other proven, successful paths forward than a joint replacement surgery.
  • Stem cell therapy gives the joint a major boost by injecting cells that can regenerate tissue and create a healthier environment inside the knee.
  • For someone struggling with knee pain, swelling, or arthritis, these injections can mean:
      • Less pain & stiffness
      • Improved mobility
      • Delaying or avoiding knee replacement surgery
